Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in case of:
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged item
Exchange Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Share a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
  • Raise the request within 2 days of delivery
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with tags/packaging
How to Request an Exchange

  2. Share your Order ID, issue description, and unboxing video
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the pickup or return process
  4. A replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the product

Non-Exchangeable Items

We will not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or washed items
  • Requests without an unboxing video
  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery
